The recipe:
- Get a pot of water boiling on the stove to a rolling boil. If too hot, it will melt the Ziploc!
- Crack 2 eggs, put them in a Ziploc bag with some milk if desired. Shake bag to combine.
- Add chopped ingredients (cheese, tomato, ham, onion, mushrooms, etc.) and salt and pepper. Shake again to combine.
- Close the Ziploc securely. Make sure to get all air out of bag!
- Place bag in boiling water for 13-15 minutes, depending on desired firmness of omlet.
- Open bag and watch the omlet roll out easily and perfectly!!!
- Pair omlet with your favorite breakfast sides and enjoy.
