SCUBA time

Backstory: So on our honeymoon, we went SCUBA diving three times. Josh is certified, but has lost his card - PADI somehow does not have him in the system (something to do with the fact that he was certified in Roatan, Honduras while stationed there - it never made it back to the states). So we took the "Resort Course" together, which was an hour and a half, and then within the next hour and a half we were diving in the Caribbean.... I was hooked. We absolutely LOVE doing this together.... amazing.

Josh is going to be able to work out his certification so he won't have to re-do the course, but I still have to do the full certification course here in the states, since mine was just valid at Sandals Resorts for a year. We've found a couple good options for classes, and I will be doing a two-weekend course sometime either in June or July. Josh will be able to come on my open water dive the final day as well!

Fast forward to last weekend, and Josh found out that Gander Mountain was liquidating their entire dive section. Everything was 75% off! We high-tailed it down there and were able to find the very last female BCD... and it was my size... so we got it. Along with two sets of flippers - we paid a total of 150 bucks for all that! The next day (after Josh researched some more) we went back and got him a BCD as well for the same amazing price. And, to make it even better, we have a gift card we somehow won from our apartment complex that we're using to pay for all this. God is good.

All that's left is our regulators (which are a wedding gift from Josh's parents) and our masks/snorkels. Oh, and for me to get certified for real.
