We're such boring adults now.
Josh didn't take much with him when he drove up to Kentucky a few weeks ago. In fact, all he took was an air mattress, some pots and pans, some clothes, and an iron and ironing board. So, when our new washer and dryer were delivered, he was quite excited.
I ordered them down here and had them shipped up there, which was quite funny because Sears called me to verify some personal info they got off public records - to ensure I hadn't stolen a credit card and was using it to buy stuff.
I didn't even give two thoughts about them fitting in our laundry room though. And they did, but this is how they had to go:

Apparently, since the laundry room was built back in the 80's, it was built for 80's sized washers and dryers. In today's times, everything is supersized, so we had to finagle them in there. Oops.
Creative ideas for what to do with the ridiculous wasted space in the corner are much appreciated!
